DimaDiam – Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

At DimaDiam, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help!


Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If your package is not delivered within 60 days, you are eligible for:

  • A full refund (excluding original shipping costs) — no questions asked,
    or

  • A replacement package with the same value.

How to Place a Return or Exchange:

Please include your order number and the products you wish to return or exchange. We will guide you through the next steps.

Missing Return Slip?

No worries! DimaDiam packages do not include return slips.
Simply email us at dimadiam@gmail.com, and we will assist you.

Return Policy

  • All returns must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To place a return, please email dimadiam@gmail.com with your Order #.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
    Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return Instructions

  1. Securely pack the item(s) in a box.

  2. Affix the mailing label to the parcel, ensuring old addresses/barcodes are covered.

  3. Ship the package via your preferred postal service to the return address provided by our customer service.

If you haven't received a return label or need assistance, please contact us before sending anything back.

Received the Wrong Product?

We’re very sorry!
If you received a different product than ordered, please contact us at dimadiam@gmail.com, and we’ll send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

Received a Faulty Product?

If you believe your product is defective, please contact us first at dimadiam@gmail.com before returning it.
We will work with you to find the best solution.


Order Cancellations

  • You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be canceled.

  • All cancellation requests are subject to a €7 processing fee.
