Our design studio and head office are based in Hong Kong.
We are proud to design jewelry that travels the world!

WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ORDER?

Our current processing time is 2–5 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on your country.
(Please note: Some countries may experience customs-related delays.)

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

We ship daily from our fulfillment centers located worldwide.
Depending on your location and the item you ordered, your package will be sent from the nearest warehouse to ensure the fastest delivery possible.

DO YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

Yes! We ship worldwide. 🌍

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

WHAT ABOUT TAXES (VAT) AND CUSTOM FEES?

All prices listed include UK VAT (20%).

I RECEIVED AN ERROR MESSAGE DURING CHECKOUT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This usually happens if there's an issue with your credit card details or billing address.
Make sure your billing address exactly matches the one registered with your bank.
Carefully double-check all information, correct any typos, and try again.

SOMEONE USED MY REFERRAL CODE — WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FREE JEWELRY?

Orders placed using referral codes are processed every two weeks.
We will contact you by email to let you select your free jewelry piece, which we will then ship to you at no cost. ✨

HOW DOES YOUR WARRANTY WORK?

DimaDiam offers a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Defects must be reported upon delivery.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or lost/stolen items.

  • Improper use or mishandling voids the warranty.

CAN I BE FEATURED ON DimaDiam’s OFFICIAL ACCOUNT?

Absolutely!
When you post photos wearing your DimaDiam jewelry on Instagram and use the hashtags #DimaDiam and #DimaDiamJewelry, you have a chance to be featured on our official account! 📸✨

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and process your refund.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for the refund to appear in your bank account.
